  • JOB SUMMARY*

Marietta Site Launch position at Alorica for our newly created Work At Home (WAH) program!!! Trained & Working on site for 6 months!!! At completion of your 6 months you will then transition to your Secure Distraction Free home office. There will be no opportunities to stay at the location at your 6 month date of tenure, so if you have any challenges, this may not be the position you are looking for. Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to offer customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service. You’re the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you. So only the awesome need apply. We wanted to ensure that you are fully aware of the requirements for our onsite to WAH position. You will be trained on site for 6 months, then you will transition to your WAH office. There are requirements that must be met for the onsite training and WFH work space.

  • KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Talks to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns

  • Maintains and updates customer information as necessary

  • Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues

  • Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate

  • Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations

  • Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

  • Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues

  • Upsells to customers as necessary

  • GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS*

  • Must have verifiable high school education or highest level of education /_completed_/ (Copy of high school diploma, college transcripts or college degree)

  • Proof of 2 previous employers (pay stub, offer letter or verification of employment letter accepted)

  • Must be able to work any shift between 6am and midnight any 5 days of the week including weekends

  • Must be willing to complete background check

  • Must be able to pass a Drug Screen within 24 hours of interview

  • Commit to 100% attendance during the first 90 days

  • WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS*

  • It is important to note that working from home is not a replacement for child/elder care. *

  • The WAH environment must be in the permanent and private residence as indicated on your personnel file.

  • Only a single WAH location will be approved per person at any given time.

  • The WAH employee will ensure that you maintain a secure work space, with a door, that is free for any outside distraction.

  • The physical work space must be dedicated and segregated for the sole use of the WAH personnel.

  • Must provide 4 pictures of the entire home office work space /(pictures must include a piece of paper with first and last name, and date in every shot)/

  • Internet - Broadband Internet Connection – You are responsible for providing internet in your work from home space (Only DSL or Cable are allowed. /No Satellite, Dial-up or Wireless Internet connections./ Workstations must be connected directly to the Internet. Minimum download speed of 5 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 768 Kbps.

  • Alorica will provide the equipment needed to perform the work however you are responsible for providing the internet*
