Alorica Global Product Marketing Manager - WAH in Hialeah, Florida

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that drive service and product adoption. This role will focus on product-market fit research, competitive analysis, and creating compelling positioning and messaging for target audiences. You will work closely with the sales, Alorica IQ , and marketing teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and create frameworks to enable sales success and pipeline growth .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct detailed market opportunity analysis to identify customer needs and trends.

  • Develop and refine buyer personas based on research to ensure accurate targeting.

  • Perform ongoing competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and position products/services effectively.

  • Work with digital team (Alorica IQ) to utilize SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the marketplace.

  • Collaborate with Alorica IQ product owners to define the product/service vision and translate technical features into customer-focused benefits.

  • Develop strategic messaging and positioning to differentiate the company’s offerings in the marketplace.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Provide the sales and sales enablement teams with positioning statements, competitive talking points, and product collateral to improve effectiveness in selling.

  • Develop materials such as product guides, sales decks, and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) definitions to drive marketing campaigns.

  • Leverage tools like Demand base to conduct buying intent analysis and understand where prospects are in their buyer journey.

  • Work with Sales and Business Development teams to identify and manage target accounts through a data-driven approach, focusing on high-impact opportunities.

  • Work with digital (Alorica IQ), sales and operations teams to execute pilot frameworks and promotions to drive product launches and test go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at generating demand and engagement from target accounts.

  • Lead the strategy for service/product demo videos, working closely with creative teams to develop impactful and engaging content that resonates with potential buyers.

  • Ensure product demos are aligned with the needs of each stage of the buyer journey and integrated into the broader marketing strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • 3+ years of Product Marketing/Management experience, specifically with SaaS-based products required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & other characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing in the BPO sector and with proven success in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.

  • Strong technical background combined with business expertise; able to effectively translate product/service features into tangible customer benefits that resonate with target audiences.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing product marketing campaigns, including buyer persona development, competitive analysis, and market opportunity analysis.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop insights from data and apply them to real-world marketing strategies.

  • Creative problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong focus on delivering results in fast-paced environments.
