SUMMARY

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the planning, development and execution of the company's marketing and communications strategy as well as initiatives which are tied to our brand principles, value proposition and revenue growth. This position will play a key role in to drive awareness and influence demand for services through a suite of marketing and communications services including customer relationship management (CRM), creative support, digital applications, consumer insights, and marketing data analytics. We are looking for exceptional leadership skills, a strong team player, and big-picture thinking with proven ability to execute and drive results.

  • PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES*:

Define and execute the marketing vision and growth strategy of our key strategic initiatives that are consistently tied to our business goals, brand vision, value proposition and most importantly our client needs.

Influence product strategy and the way we bring products to market, combining research, positioning, and messaging to maximize adoption. Ensure all content is developed and executed to support revenue objectives and cohesive to the brands and products.

Partner with the operations, sales and client solution teams to evaluate the client journey and make recommendations on where elements of branding and marketing can assist to develop and introduce new products and solutions to acquire new clients and better meet the demands and interests of our current clients.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all relevant market intelligence (market conditions, industry trends, data analytics,) that contribute to the organization’s growth, awareness and community reputation across the system, operating units, and affiliates.

Direct the social media and branding strategy across global regions; prioritize based on ROI and importance to the brand; oversee the generation of new ideas and programs.

Create marketing solutions and strategies for sales and client solutions leaders. Assure these creative solutions and strategies are hitting necessary targets and will result in increased sales.

Oversee the marketing calendar, collaborate with the other relevant teams to execute marketing initiatives

Oversee the ideation, development and execution of initiatives such as pop-ups, events, and collaborations with our clients and influencers to increase brand awareness and brand equity segments online and offline.

Manage the marketing budget and develop business cases as required, tracking and measuring execution throughout

Provide leadership and direct supervision of current staff and future resources including those in the following departments: Internal communications, external communications, Branding and Social Media.

Drive development and execution of PR initiatives with external partners/agencies. Ensure that all communications and publication strategies align with business objectives and branding.

QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of extensive experience in marketing, public affairs, media relations and communications/executive communications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field plus relevant experience required; an advance degree preferred.

Proven expertise and prior experience developing and leading the creation and implementation of a comprehensive Marketing Strategy for a global organization.

Demonstrated success in partnering with internal departments to develop a pricing and ‘go to market’ strategy for all new product developments and enhancements.

Advanced knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, business-to-business (B2B) as well as business-to-consumer (B2C) communications planning, graphic standards, corporate identity management

C-suite skills, including professional writing and editing skills, excellent media spokesperson skills, with the ability to articulate a vision while exhibiting a positive public speaking presence

Ability to energize, mobilize, influence, and build accountability by effectively communicating vision, and fostering productive and supportive working relationships with internal and external constituencies

Ability to negotiate effectively with external agencies and organizations

Strong analytic skills to determine organizational needs and the ability to develop effective strategic marketing plans

Digital marketing experience required including managing SEM/SEO, email, and social media campaigns. Ability to set-up, manage and utilize GoogleAnalytics and other analytics platforms to execute marketing initiatives.
