Job Summary The Global Success Team (GST) serves as an objective and independent team which will lead Alorica into the new Quote to Cash process. The GST Executive’s core responsibilities will include: establishing an efficient end-to-end Quote to Cash process that results in a best-in-class client onboarding experience, deliver expected internal profit and revenue targets, minimize leakage, and optimize cycle-time - throughput and process efficiency. In this highly visible role the GST will serve as a front-end interface working with sales to evaluate opportunities ensure all data requirements are captured and shepherded opportunities through the process in a reliable and timely manner. Additionally, the role will work with internal departments to accurately develop opportunity details (work order definitions), appropriately assign resources and communicate to stakeholders key details of the opportunity to ensure an effective deployment. * Job Function* Opportunity evaluation and summarization - 30% Opportunity information gathering, validation and deployment hand-over - 25% Health-Check: Defining process /conducting and developing actions - 30% Quote to Cash process refinement and improvement – 15% * Key Job Responsibilities* The GST Executive will take a lead role in the development, implementation and refinement of the Quote to Cash (Q2C) process. This includes becoming subject matter experts in the solution/tool concepts developed, training and achieving adoption, and influencing change within all levels of the organization to ensure conformance with all stakeholders and attainment of organizational objectives. Operational Effectiveness: The GST Executive will be responsible to ensuring the appropriate information is captured throughout the opportunity, contract and deployment stages of the process. Key areas of focus are establishing a “single-source of truth” for all relevant deal data, ensuring clients’ and Alorica’s agreed upon details of pricing and work are accurately captured in the contractual SOWs and resulting work orders, managing the change control process for changes made to the agreed upon wok, and reviewing operational practices and invoices with the ultimate outcome of maximizing revenue and preventing revenue and profit leakage. Change management: This role will require leading the organization at all levels through high degrees of change during the initial stages of Quote to Cash implementation. The position will be required to nuance implementation by balancing trade-offs with key stakeholders to enable adoption without diminishing the core intent of process. Business Process Improvement: This role will be required to constantly evaluate key process metrics and identify process improvements that will drive efficiency and effectiveness (developing BPI skills and leveraging internal resources) * Other Related Duties* Travel up to 30% * Job Requirements* * Minimum Education and Experience: * - MBA degree preferred * Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* - Experience: Change management, financial performance, business growth, process installation and guidance, with an emphasis on managing risks and costs. - 10-15 years of cross-functional BPO experience. Desired operational Sales, Client Solutions and Shared Services (Support) functions - Strong industry knowledge * Work Environment:* This position will work in a fast pace dynamic environment and will require quick decision making with less than perfect data sets. Additionally, this position will support an informal matrixed leadership organization and be required to take input from multiple sources to arrive at optimal outcomes.
